First the Keira news:

Keira sadly, was not nominated for an Oscar. I was certain she would be, and I still don’t understand why she was not. I am somewhat upset by this news.

Now for off-topic news: I hear Heath Ledger has died. I know he has nothing to do with Keira, but I was hoping we could all take a moment of silence and remember him. I wasn’t a hard core fan, but something about his sudden death just hit home with me. I am very upset he’s gone, he was a brilliant actor and from what I saw a great man. I wish his baby daughter well and hope his family is doing well.
